The Delta Chapter was chartered April 15, 2000 with 12 members. Our chapter area starts just East of Discovery Bay heading West through the Hwy 4 corridor following the San Joaquin and Sacramento River systems with over 1000 miles of water ways. Our chapter community encompasses the cities of Discovery Bay, Byron, Knightsen, Bethel Island, Brentwood, Oakley, Antioch, and Pittsburg. Our Single Family Homes average from $550,000 to several million. We have several gated exclusive communities with Golf Courses, which include Discovery Bay, Apple Hill and Summerset. There are also several ungated communities with Golf Courses in Brentwood and Antioch. The Delta area is also well known for it’s fishing and boating activities. Our communities continue to grow and thrive, providing plenty of opportunities for new business while still maintaining the small town feel.
